One person builds this and reads every answer. Unpend only exists to save you an afternoon of clicking, so if it failed at that, the honest details are worth more than a polite exit. "It did not work" cannot be acted on, because it does not say what happened. One concrete sentence often gets fixed the same week.

Why did you remove Unpend?

The more you write, the better the odds it gets fixed. Three sentences beat three words: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Leave it and you get a reply from the person who wrote the code, not a mailing list. If something broke, we will tell you when it is fixed. If Pro did not deliver what you paid for, say so here: refunds and discounts are handled by the same person reading this.
